SecureInfo’s RMS software, expert Certification & Accreditation (C&A) services, and proven security training have achieved widespread recognition as the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for managing the Certification & Accreditation compliance process in the Federal Government. The company’s market-leading software solution has enabled both large and small Government agencies to dramatically improve the quality, consistency, and reduce the time required to conduct C&A’s. Key innovations in SecureInfo’s RMS 3.6 release include:

• E-Mail Alerting – This powerful new feature enables users to effectively manage the C&A workflow of packages or documents including, user assignments, project status levels, package lifecycle updates/changes and expired package alerts.

• Custom Management Reporting – This new capability provides overall C&A management and awareness visibility as well as FISMA/POA&M management reports. Additionally, users have the ability to create custom reports.

Organizations can now directly tie packages to their associated attributes such as FISMA ID Numbers, System Names, Master and Subordinate Numbering schemas or Levels of Criticality.

• User Hierarchy Management – RMS 3.6 supports IG Auditors by allowing them the ability to quickly and easily review C&A Packages and documents across multiple business units.

• Enhanced Workflow – This release provides enhanced workflow by assigning status levels to C&A Packages including - Not Started, In- Progress, Completed, Expired, Interim Approval to Operate or Full Approval to Operate. Users can also configure and customize status levels.

• Improved Word Processing – The word processing functionality in RMS 3.6 provides users with a more robust and powerful set of standard document editing features.
