SecureInfo Appoints Christopher Fountain President and CEO

New Leadership to Capitalize on Success and Take Company to Next Level

McLean, Virginia, September 7, 2006 – SecureInfo® Corporation, a San Antoniobased company and leading provider of information security solutions, today announced the appointment of Christopher Fountain as president and CEO. Mr. Fountain is responsible for strategic planning and execution, corporate leadership, and taking SecureInfo to the next level of growth and success. Under the new leadership, the company opened up a new corporate office in McLean, Virginia to further increase its presence in the Washington, DC area.

Mr. Fountain has a significant track record of leading and growing companies with 20 years’ experience in the information technology industry, including security, compliance, infrastructure, and application software and services companies. Most recently, Mr. Fountain served as SecureInfo’s president and chief operating officer where he was responsible for running overall operations. Mr. Fountain’s prior experience includes raising capital to accelerate revenue growth, taking a company public and completing successful mergers and acquisitions. He has run global operations for companies headquartered in the United States and the United Kingdom where he lived in 2004 and 2005.

Under his leadership at KW International, a UK-based energy and risk management software company, KWI grew revenues and achieved profitability. As president and CEO of Digital Paper, Mr. Fountain tripled the company’s gross margins and dramatically improved cash flows, leading to an acquisition by ePlus, Inc. As executive vice president of worldwide operations at POMS Corporation, revenues grew by over 300 percent and the value of the company increased more than 1,300 percent, culminating in an acquisition by Honeywell Corporation. Mr. Fountain was also an executive at Datalogix International, which completed an IPO under his sales leadership.
