Part-Time Receptionist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Summary:
Seeking an enthusiastic, multi-task oriented person to answer a multi-line phone system at our home office in North San Antonio. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing deliveries to the appropriate department and/or person. May also assist with clerical work over-flow.
Responsibilities:
- Greets, identifies and directs visitors.
- Arranges for office escorts, as appropriate.
- Maintains visitor records and performs incidental typing and clerical work as assigned.
- Providing driving directions to office location.
- Maintains visitor and security logs.
- Receiving, securing and distribution of incoming mail and deliveries.
- Other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Prior experience working in a front office, or as a receptionist required
- Must be able to type a minimum of 25 WPM and be familiar with Microsoft Office Outlook, and intermediate skills with Word and Excel.
- Proficient knowledge in the use of office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners is a plus
- Must be dependable and available to work from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to deal with numerous interruptions.
- Must have a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Professional demeanor and wardrobe
- Strong customer service skills
