Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Summary: Project management, coordination, and direction of independent certification tasks under Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process for SecureInfo clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply project management methodologies to performance of independent security certification/testing activities under multiple contracts with the Federal government client. This includes:
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables at high levels of quality
- Resource management, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and tracking
- Develop and implement project communications including tactical coordination and planning with all stakeholders
- Development of project plans, work breakdown structures, and other planning documents
- Reporting, briefing, and collaboration with the Program Executive and senior technical leader to manage client relationship and program execution

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or completion of PMP training and eligibility to sit for the PMP test. If the new hire does not have existing PMP certification, the candidate will be required to successfully achieve PMP certification within six months of hire date.
- Other IA certifications are desired.
Knowledge and Skills: Must demonstrate experience and successful execution in the following areas:
- Experience managing projects/programs that consistent of multiple concurrent subtasks.
- Experience delivering Information Assurance or IT services to Federal government clients.
- Experience managing tasks or contracts with annual value of $5 Million or higher.
- Experience managing and directing teams or groups of teams consisting of 40 or more members.
