Junior IA Analysts

Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:

Provides entry-level Information Assurance support to projects and delivery teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts vulnerability scanning, configuration review, data analysis and reporting
• Supports the data entry of applicable C&A package data into RMS.
• Performs research and data collection for training and product content development.
• Performs technical administration of technical systems.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, information management or other related technical discipline is required
• Two years of computer security job experience plus Associates degree can substitute for bachelors degree.
• Minimum of Security + certification preferred. Must be able to achieve Security+ certification within 3 months.
• Must be able to obtain a minimum of a Secret level government clearance.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive software skills such as Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook are required
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and have a clear and pleasant voice
• Possess sensitivity to confidential matters
